Cell Users Reluctant to Connect to the Internet

Many cell phone providers are probably a little let down by the amount of people that connect to the internet with all of the new, faster 3G networks. Well it really comes from a lack of communication between provider and customer. Many contracts just aren't clear about costs to use the internet on the phone. It is not something that stands out when you sign up for phone service.

I personally think that if they want to see and increase in the use of mobile internet they need to make it more attractive to consumers. Like text messages for instance.
