Apple doesn't allow app to be distributed

Unfortunately, corporate intentions matter more than customer convenience. This is what was proven after Apple didn't allow app developer Alex Sokirynsky to distribute his iPhone app Podcaster after Apple claimed that it already has a similar application in iTunes.
