ADC Telecommunications to chase stimulus funds from China, US

Minnesota's ADC Telecommunication Inc. officials announced that they will largely rely on stimulus funds to expand their broadband business this year.

However, most of the stimulus funds will not come from Washington. It will come from Beijing, which will be spending $42 billion to upgrade China's communications infrastructure. This is five times the $7.2 billion that the US government will be spending this year on broadband expansion.
