Cox Communications to offer cell phone service

Cable provider giant Cox Communications will add an additional feature in its array of services in the form of cell phone service. According to the management of Cox, it will initially partner with Sprint Nextel to distribute the wireless service to customers in its cable territory. Its bundle of services already include high-speed Internet, telepony, and cable TV services. This additional feature will be bundled starting 2009.
